Neapolitan-style pizzas for people in our lovely community and friends!

Our story
We’ve been perfecting our dough for months — testing, tasting, tweaking — and now we want you to try our Neapolitan-style pizzas!
Our pizzas are made with a slow-fermented sourdough (48–72 hours) using the finest tipo 00 flour from Italy, quality Italian and local ingredients, and even produce from our own garden. Every pizza is fired at 470°C in our self-built wood-fired oven.
This is not fast food — it’s real food, made with care, heat and heart.
We run a small popup pizzeria in our neighborhood, open just a few days each month. The menu is short, seasonal and always crafted with love.

How it works
We’re only open a few days each month — check the next popup date here on the site.
Pre-ordering your pizza helps us a lot!
Please place your order at least three days in advance. That gives us time to prepare the right amount of dough and buy fresh ingredients.
We have a limit on how much dough we can make — so first come, first served. There might be a few extra pizzas available à la minute on the day of the popup, but we can’t guarantee it.
If you forgot to pre-order, you can still call us on the day — we might have a dough ball left with your name on it. 😉

PUERTO ROMANO PIZZA SELECTION
Our pizzas are large — each one is around 35–40 cm, carefully baked in our wood-fired oven at 470°C.
We use only the finest ingredients to make a pizza you’ll remember.
Each pizza is handcrafted to order, with love, heat and a little smoke. ❤️🔥

Order your pizza(s)
In order to make sure you get your pizza, we’d really appreciate it if you place your order at least three days in advance.
That way we can prepare enough dough — as it needs to ferment for 48–72 hours — and make sure we have all the ingredients ready.
We’ll always make a set amount of dough, though — so it’s first come, first served.
